Hiking the Karisimbi can be very interesting for the hikers

 For theose that are very interested in Hiking, may afterall be missing out really alot if never had time to hike the  Rwanda’s Karisimbi. This is one of  Rwanda’s  5 volcanoes and  Karisimbi is a the highest among them with an altitude of about 4507metres. This is also probably the most beautiful of them. 

The hiking adventure lasts about 2 days but for those that are interested need in hiking need to get the permits prior just as the case is with acquiring gorilla permits. The Karisimbi hiking permits should also be booked in advance from the ORTPN. On the D day, you will get a ranger guide who will escort you along the hike.

There are a number of other hiking spots like the Bisoke, the Dian  Fossey hike, among others. This is worth all the trouble.
