Marasa Africa buys Silverback lodge in Bwindi

The Silverback lodge found in Bwindi National Park that has been belonging to the Geo Lodges Uganda has been bought by Marasa Africa hospitality group which is part of the Madhvani family industry. The group has a number of lodges that include, Mweya Safari lodge in Queen Elizabeth National Park, Paraa and Chobe in Murchison Falls National Park.

The lodge is located at the Buhoma side of the park a few meters from Bwindi National Park and has 12 rooms.

Marasa Africa has been recorded the leading safari hospitality group and has a number of lodges in other countries like Kenya.

Bwindi National Park is famous for the rare mountain gorillas and  has almost half of the remaining apes in the world.
