The next day, will be the gorilla tracking day and after your breakfast, your guide will take you to ORTPN  park headquarters  for  short briefing before you start walking to the mountain slopes to search  for these Giant primates- The Legendary Mountain Gorillas in Africa !   The trek is may be strenuous and the time taken to encounter the gorillas is unpredictable therefore you should be fit enough but it is an exciting experience when you meet the gorillas. Encounters will depend on the movements of the gorillas and since their movements depend on how near their food may be in the forest, the time taken may not be known but an encounter is a worthwhile. Dinner and overnight at the lodge where you spend the first night

Day 3 will be for golden monkey trekking and checking out the Dian Fossey before returning to Kigali. So having your morning breakfast, you will then go for the Golden monkey trek. Unlike the rest of East African countries, Rwanda is blessed with so many golden monkeys and not only those ones but so many other types of monkeys that you will have a chance to see as you search for the golden ones in the jungle.  Other primates in the jungle include the baboons, colobus monkeys, velvet monkeys, among so many others. After the adventure, you can have your lunch and then drive back to Kigali so that you are there in time to catch your flight back to your country.
