This is a pretty new2.0 star luxurious apartment in Gisenyi on the shores of Lake Kivu. It offers accommodation facilities to both the local and the international clients; their rooms are spacious, well furnished and self contained. They have 16 beautifully decorated with African craft work guestrooms, private bathrooms with showers, a living room, premium beddings and a fire place for warmth during the cold evenings and house keeping services are also available for those guests who may need help.

Each room has got one well equipped kitchen because they offer self catering services to prepare their own meals or ask a cook to do that for them and a balcony from where you get the opportunity to view Lake Kivu. Each of these apartments can accommodate up to six guest adults and they do vary;

ü  And the Deluxe bed room. All these rooms are non smoking with 24 hour room service.

All rates include bed and breakfast and the use of internet services. 18% local tax will be  and the Rwanda citizen will be charged the national value added tax.

They have got so many other facilities that add to the comfort of the clients while they are staying with them.

ü  Large modern conference hall that is well equipped and comfortable and thus making it an ideal place for meetings, seminars, cocktails or dinner parties.

ü  A secure car parking area for their clients’ vehicles.

ü  They also have shuttle for hire.
